City Football has many different branches, the agency was given the opportunity to develop one of City Footballs Language School sites. Off the back of a job well done, and some improvements and recommendations, we were given the opportunity to the build the new City Football Schools website.
The brief was to showcase the amazing opportunity that City Football was giving young footballers to learn new skills and to promote the premium facilities that the Etihad Campus could offer and to bring a more dynamic look and feel that is more sympathetic to the City Football and Manchester City brand.
One key objective was to optimise the booking system to increase conversion rates.
The previous offering was suffering from Substantial drops off from within different areas of the booking system. City Football were getting far more phone call bookings than they were expecting and wanted the booking process streamlined.
High bounce rates from key landing pages such as the Home Page and Course Pages.
The client found that there was a disconnect between City Language School website and the Manchester City brand. Bringing the City brand to life within the website was key to engage and excite users that they’re going to be training somewhere special.
City Football Performance Program saw an uplift in bookings within the first few months in comparison to their sister site. The site was seeing less drop off during the booking process.
A site that ultimately feels more Manchester City, feedback from users who have come into contact with site have been very complimentary about the look and feel, and have commented on how much easier information is available to them
The agency was asked to complete some more digital marketing work for CFPP off the back of this work.
