The Brief

Working closely with Dr Martens on some high level projects gave us some real insight in the way they wanted to move the brand forward. After we received the brief from Dr Martens and after an extensive phone call we understood they wanted to make more of their current social media channels, they wanted a way of connecting the e-commerce with their social.

The concept was to create a platform that would give Dr Martens the opportunity to make a retail experience of their Instagram feed. One key criteria for the project was to create a great mobile experience, a huge percentage of the traffic coming across the new platform would be coming from a smaller device size, therefore optimising this experience was critical.
